We are currently experiencing a significant transformation in pricing strategies due to advancements in artificial intelligence (AI). This study explores how AI has reshaped dynamic pricing, emphasizing its critical role in modern revenue management. It begins with a brief historical overview of traditional pricing methods and various models of dynamic pricing, highlighting how AI has enabled rapid, data-driven price adjustments to optimize profitability in response to real-time market conditions. AI utilizes advanced algorithms and big data to accurately forecast price elasticity of demand, helping businesses align their pricing strategies more effectively with consumer behavior. This study introduces recommended AI algorithms and evaluates their application in dynamic pricing models. Additionally, it discusses the broader economic implications of AI-driven pricing, suggesting that it can enhance revenue generation and contribute to greater economic stability.
