The significance of knowledge sharing in enhancing organizational efficiency and employee well-being has been widely recognized in recent studies. In this context, technology-based knowledge sharing enables employees to exchange valuable insights, contributing to improved job satisfaction and mental health stability. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of technology-based knowledge (TBK) sharing on job performance (JP) outcomes and mental health (MH), with an emphasis on training, organizational support, and transformational leadership among the staff of Islamic Azad University, Urmia branch (IAUU) in Iran. Data for the study were collected using validated tools, including six widely used questionaries, ensuring reliability and validity of the findings.Quantitative data were analyzed using LISREL, Excel, and SPSS software to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationships among the variables. Using Cochran's formula, a random sampling method selected ۱۴۶ participants from a statistical population of ۲۳۵ employees to ensure a representative sample. The results indicate a significant relationship between TBK sharing and JP, and MH, influenced by the moderating roles of training, organizational support, and transformational leadership. All in all, the findings emphasize the importance of supportive organizational structures and leadership styles in enhancing the benefits of knowledge-sharing, advancing research on technology, organizational behavior, and employee well-being.
