Purpose: This research aims to examine and address the management of work-family conflicts in organizations based on the observance of chastity and hijab.Methodology: In the first stage, the key challenges faced by human resources related to the philosophy of chastity, hijab, and their roles in managing work-family conflicts in organizations were identified by using Sandelowski and Barroso's model from ۲۰۲۳ to ۲۰۲۴; after that, Martyr Motahari answers about these challenges were examined through library research method.Findings: Several factors influence human resources' attitudes toward values, including individual circumstances, social aspects, and cultural beliefs. Gender justice ensures that men and women receive their rightful rights in society, and hijab, as an artistic practice, plays a role in promoting gender justice in organizations. Respecting hijab and modesty can enhance human resources' focus and mental well-being. Understanding these factors can prevent feelings of gender injustice among organization employees.Originality/value: Mental ambiguity among employees can lead to job dissatisfaction, burnout, and a lack of vitality for individuals and organizations, creating a conflict between work and family life. This research addresses human resource management requirements from the perspective of individual dignity and respect, analyzing promoting gender justice through religious values.Purpose: This research aims to examine and address the management of work-family conflicts in organizations based on the observance of chastity and hijab.
