This study examines the role of international organizations, with a particular focus on the World Bank,in Afghanistan's economic reconstruction since ۲۰۰۱. Employing a mixed-methods approach, theresearch primarily analyzes World Bank statistics and project data, supplemented by qualitative analysisof policy documents and expert insights. The study investigates the relationship between World Bankinterventions and key economic indicators in Afghanistan, including GDP growth, poverty rates, andhuman development indices. Time series analysis, project effectiveness assessment, and comparativeanalysis with other post-conflict countries are utilized to evaluate the impact of World Bank policies andprojects. The research aims to provide a comprehensive, data-driven assessment of the effectiveness ofinternational aid in promoting economic growth and development in post-conflict settings. Findingsfrom this study have implications for policy refinement, aid allocation strategies, and the broaderunderstanding of international organizations' roles in economic reconstruction efforts.
