چکیده مقاله:
Machine vision systems use cameras to capture images and process image signals to interpret and analyze the received signals by a computer or other signal processing device. One of the important applications of machine vision is to control the position of moving objects or the moving part of an object (for example, an engine) using cameras (with image processing). The purpose of image processing is to determine the positions and transfer the corresponding data through a processor to a controller (eg, a digital control system) running on a microcontroller to control the position of an actuator. The reviewed researches have discussed the evaluation and implementation of the motion controller based on machine vision feedback in different control systems. But in none of them, the implementation of this type of controller based on machine vision on linear operator has not been discussed. The upcoming research includes the implementation of this controller for the Lorentzian linear system. This study used the Lorentzian linear actuator, because it has a simple structure, small size, and no gap or fluctuation of the output power. This research examines the performance of image processing in the position control of the electromagnetic actuator. Also, as stated, using this method for position control has certain benefits, among which we can point out its cheapness and separation from the main system.
