Today, due to the expansion of virtual space and theiravailability to the general public, communication has becomemuch easier for most people than before. People easily share theirpictures and videos in the virtual space, due to the expansion ofvirtual networks such as Instagram, YouTube, people put theirpictures and videos in the virtual space without considering therights of children, and through advertising and attracting followersfor They are looking for money and fame. The topic of publishingpersonal photos and videos of children by parents is the protectionof children's privacy, which is very important and important. Thisissue is in the field of children's rights and protecting their rights.Protecting the privacy of children against various risks such assexual abuse, harassment, violence, violation of their dignity andpersonality is very essential. Therefore, this article has analyzedchildren's modeling in a theoretical and descriptive analytical way,and the findings and results indicate that using children as modelsin cyberspace advertisements, television advertisements, magazinephotos, films and advertising clips is an opportunity for manychildren. It is to show their talents and beauty. And it has becomea source of income for parents and families. Parents, who actuallyhave the most right to their children's photos, but it is better to payattention to how much they share these photos; Therefore, beforesharing children's photos in cyberspace, it is better for parents tocarefully check who can see the photos and how much privacy andsecurity of children will be preserved. On the other hand, showingchildren in the virtual space, especially Instagram, bringspsychological, social and moral harm to them. Also, fame in socialnetworks at a young age has destructive effects on a child'sdevelopment; In adulthood, these children become consumeristpeople because they acquired everything very easily and withouteffort in their childhood. In general, treating children as objectswhether in the virtual space or in the real space and turning theminto a means of earning money is definitely against the rights ofchildren, and it is possible that most of these children will demand answers from their parents when they grow up. Also, usingchildren's images as a tool is against their human dignity.
