چکیده مقاله:

Children's education and training is very important due totheir age, mental facilities, and unique characteristics that areprovided for them in material and spiritual aspects, and from theperspective of Islam, it is considered as one of their rights overparents. which needs to be paid attention to. The present studyexamines the right of children to education in Iran's legal system andinternational documents, through descriptive and analytical methods,we have come to the conclusion that every child has fundamentalrights, including the right to education. Children's right to education ismentioned in important international documents, especially theConvention on Children's Rights and Human Rights. In addition, inIran's legal system, children's education has been paid attention to inthe constitution, and in the law on the protection of children andadolescents, any physical and mental abuse against children andpreventing their education has been criminalized.
