چکیده مقاله:
Children, especially those living in war-torn areas such asGaza, refugee camps, or unstable economic conditions, are among themost vulnerable groups. Despite widespread advocacy for justice andequality in modern societies, ongoing violence against children inregions like Gaza is largely ignored. Both historical and contemporarywars have consistently overlooked the profound impa cton children,who bear the greatest burdens.This article examines the physical,emotional, cognitive, and social characteristics of children and theharm they experience during and after war. It also critiques theineffectiveness of international laws and human rights organizationsin providing adequate support for children in war zones. Additionally,key strategies are proposed to address these challenges, including thecreation of a global system to support children. The article concludesby emphasizing the urgent need for the global community to takeimmediate action to prevent further harm to children in war zones andhighlights the necessity of revising and strengthening internationallaws to protect children's rights.
