چکیده مقاله:
Prioritizing the seismic rehabilitation and recovery of different components of the power grids isessential to minimize physical damage, recovery time, economic losses, and affected population, aswell as improve the performance and resilience of the power grids against possible future earthquakes.Based on the individual and network behavior of the constituent components of the power grid, thepresent study has expressed the priorities of seismic rehabilitation of the network’s components.Determining the more critical elements of the network in terms of the priority of seismic rehabilitationhas been done at the component level based on the results of vulnerability analysis and at the networklevel using the results of graph theory-based analysis and centrality measures calculations. Thisprioritization is calculated numerically by implementing the algorithm above for Qom's real powergrid in Iran.
