Predicting Mental Health Based On Job Tenacity And Job Security In The Employees Of The Ministry Of Oil In The Southern Region Of The Country

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of the harshness of the working environment of the Ministry of Oil forces on their mental health, as well as the job toughness and job security of the operational areas, and it is based on a statistical community and from the ۲۸-item questionnaire of Goldberg for mental health in ۱۹۷۳ and the ۳۰-item questionnaire of Nisi's job security in ۲۰۰۱ and Job toughness questionnaire was used by Morand in ۲۰۱۴ to collect data. ۵۰ working employees of the Ministry of Oil participated in this research and each of the three questionnaires was taken from them. The results of the questionnaires were entered into spss software. And the result was that predicting mental health based on job tenacity and possible job security and job tenacity have a meaningful relationship with job security and the state of tenacity and job security have a significant effect on the mental health of employees.
