چکیده مقاله:
Building The construction industry has historically been slow to adopt new technologies compared to other sectors, largely due to its complexity, fragmentation, and reliance on traditional methods. However, the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has begun to transform construction project management by optimizing processes, enhancing decision-making, and improving overall efficiency. AI technologies, including machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks, are increasingly being integrated into construction project management to address challenges such as cost overruns, schedule delays, safety issues, and resource inefficiencies (Lee et al., ۲۰۲۲). This paper reviews the current state of AI applications in construction project management, highlighting their benefits, limitations, and potential future developments.
