چکیده مقاله:

The increased growth of the technologies in the present society has added what is referred to as the soft revolution due to introduction of soft technologies in education. However, this transformation is also a matter of worry and raises questions about equity and concerns like privacy and space. Based on the information presented in this article, one can come to the conclusion that the rights to education and its specifics concerning students’ rights during digital learning entail numerous challenges as well as prospects, namely equal access to the means for digital studying, as well as students’ privacy. In this paper the policy measures and practice which seems to be making down the sample digital divide in terms of educational equity will be discussed. We also present the following problems as ethical challenges and mere legal actions necessary for the protection of students’ data and for avoiding cybersecurity. Concerning the rights of all the student, and the creativity of using the digital technology employed during the classes, the paper aims at providing information that may help in creating a model security that caters for students’ inclusion during classes.
