چکیده مقاله:
Any physical activity can be considered as a physical activity. Among these, physical activities that include movements with a specific order and order are superior to irregular movements. Muslims pray ۵ times a day. This includes performing physical movements such as standing, bending, moving hands, sitting on the knees and placing the forehead on the ground (prostration). We assumed that these movements can have physical effects on people apart from religious aspects. The search was carried out with the keywords salat, Muslim, prayer, prayer, prayer, physical activity and low-intensity exercise from ۱۹۹۸ to ۲۰۲۳. More than ۵۰ articles were studied and among them ۲۵ articles that were most relevant to our goals were selected and analyzed. Almost all studies (in different aspects) have reported beneficial effects on health in performing namaz. This includes neurological, joint, muscular, cognitive and balance effects. This study shows that prayer can be considered as a low intensity and specialized physical activity. Of course, more studies with a larger statistical population are needed to find the deep effects of prayer on physiological aspects.
