Fuzzy Binary Bipolar Soft Sets

Our approach in this paper combines the fuzzy binary soft sets and fuzzy bipolarsoft sets to define the notion of fuzzy binary bipolar soft sets. Basic operations such ascomplement, union, intersection, restricted union, and restricted intersection on thisnew concept are introduced and some properties of them are presented.
