An Approach To Developing The Internet Of Medical Things (IOMT) System In Iranian Hospitals With The Aim Of Improving The Level Of The Healthcare System

With the aging of the world's population, especially in Iran, and rising medical costs, we need new solutions and the use of technology.The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is a new subset of the Internet of Things (IoT), often referred to as IoT in Healthcare. Also, in this topic, we discuss the use of information technology in medical devices and programs and connecting to the world of the Internet. Technology has exponentially attracted the attention of researchers due to its wide application in various fields of medicine. IoMT systems facilitate telehealth processes and play an important role in the healthcare industry to reduce costs, increase accuracy, prevent errors, consistency and productivity. This technology includes a series of conceptual solutions to provide patient record information retention strategies using sensors and the use of artificial intelligence for medical team analysis and diagnosis, as well as rapid hospital treatments and health care. This article deals with an extensive review of IoMT, its application strategies and benefits in the conditions of Iranian hospitals.
