An Introduction To Natural Language Processing, As A Subset Of Artificial Intelligence

Various researchers have described natural language processing as an area of research and application that examines how computers can be used to understand and process natural language text or speech to perform useful tasks. The ability of machines to interpret and process human (natural) language is called natural language processing. Natural language processing is a branch of artificial intelligence that combines computer science with linguistics. Natural language processing combined with machine learning can allow virtual humans to communicate with people through text or voice communication. Natural language processing is also used for scanning and semantic analysis of text and audio (audio data) and can be used for predictive analytics for health monitoring purposes. Natural language processing has its challenges, but as a computational approach to text analysis, natural language processing is constantly improving. Researchers are continuously trying to gather knowledge about how humans understand and use different languages. It helps to develop appropriate tools and techniques that enable computer systems to understand and execute natural languages .for various tasks
