Today we live in a world surrounded by different technologies; From laptops, tablets, and cell phones to technologies that we don't know much about, but that have led to medical, scientific, and educational advancements. Technology is a permanent phenomenon in human life that is always expanding. Every new technology that enters our lives can help improve our lives, but in some situations, it can be a threat to our physical and mental health. Technology is widely used to address a wide range of tools that can enable healthcare professionals to improve quality by making early diagnosis, reducing complications, shortening hospital stays, optimizing treatment or offering less invasive options. Provide a better life for patients and society. Artificial intelligence is known as one of the most important technologies of today's era and it is growing and evolving at an increasing speed and has been able to have various effects on existing businesses in the field of health and cause changes in their structure; But these effects are associated with opportunities and challenges. In this regard, opportunities such as innovation and saving time and money and challenges such as lack of confidence and sufficient trust, lack of sufficient security, human resources crisis and lack of specialized and skilled labor that result from the application of artificial intelligence in the field of business They have updated their health. In general, health care is currently undergoing a digital transformation towards artificial intelligence; Smart Health Themes match today's smart patient care needs. Based on the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and intelligent medical robot technology, the implementation of intelligent medicine for our healthcare services will become a reality in the near future. In this article, the legal and medical challenges of using artificial intelligence in promoting health rights are discussed.
