Applications of Artificial Intelligence In the Prevention of Medical Crimes

In general, medical crime is defined as the actual act or omission that occurred on the part of the doctor, according to the law, is assigned a criminal title and causes the punishment of the perpetrator, that is, the offending doctor. Medical crimes mean unintentional bodily harm caused by a doctor to a patient. Medical crime does not have sunit and is out of the category of intentional crimes and crimes listed in the Islamic Penal Code. Criminal acts that endanger public health have seriously threatened people's health and lives. How to prevent the occurrence of such criminal acts has been the focus of attention of all classes. Few studies have been conducted in the field of prevention of crimes endangering public health and the results are not satisfactory. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, machine learning algorithms are widely used in various fields. Based on the background of time, this paper applies machine learning algorithms to crime prevention research that endangers public health, with the aim of improving the effectiveness of crime prevention. ۴۸.۳۲% of people believe that incomplete laws and regulations are the main reason for the frequent occurrence of crimes that endanger public health, but only ۱۸% are willing to actively participate in the relevant laws. The above results show that the predictive model created by the artificial intelligence algorithm can effectively predict criminal behaviors that endanger public health and provide reliable data for prevention.
