Abstract: Background and purpose: The right to health is a fundamental human right, and according to the rules of biosocial ethics, all citizens of the society enjoy it, as well as living well is one of the components of health in citizens. Today, due to the growth of new information and communication technologies and artificial intelligence tools that have entered all areas, and one of these areas is urban planning. The creation of a smart city, which is done using advanced technologies, aims to improve the efficiency of urban management and the quality of life and health of citizens.Research method: The current research is of a theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of collecting information is in the form of libraries.Ethical considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.Findings: A smart city refers to an urban area that uses various types of smart electronic tools to collect urban information, including citizen behavior, monitoring transportation systems, urban facilities, waste management, crimes against public health, information systems, schools, hospitals, and other social services. . This obtained information is analyzed using artificial intelligence tools such as machine learning, big data, facial recognition and advanced computing, and factors that threaten the health of citizens are identified. These factors may be in different urban areas and with different amounts and types.Conclusion: One of the important features of smart urban development is optimizing urban biological activities and improving the quality of life and improving the health of citizens. The use of artificial intelligence technology in the form of a smart city provides the city officials with the opportunity to accurately and directly communicate with the urban environment and infrastructure, and this communication with efficient urban management and in line with sustainable development, issues that threaten the health of citizens. identify and solve them with the cooperation of health system officials. Also, the provision of adequate health and treatment services is considered as one of the important urban infrastructures, and its purpose is to raise the health level of citizens.
