The opinion polling conducted by Tehran Municipality serves as a thorough assessment of citizens' satisfaction with municipal services. Utilizing diverse methodologies and incorporating advanced technologies, the survey revealed an overarching positive sentiment among residents. Despite this overall satisfaction, the findings pinpointed specific areas demanding attention, including traffic management challenges and targeted infrastructure improvements. Key demographic variances were identified, underscoring the importance of tailored strategies to address the unique needs of different population segments. Notable strengths, such as efficient waste management and successful urban development projects, were acknowledged, providing a foundation for future initiatives. The survey's recommendations advocate for actionable initiatives, emphasizing continuous improvement and a commitment to transparency. A communication strategy is proposed to openly share results with the public, highlighting both successes and areas for enhancement. Strengthening public engagement mechanisms, incorporating technology-driven tools, and fostering community participation emerged as essential elements for responsive and citizen-centric governance.
