چکیده مقاله:

The aim of the current research was to investigate the relationship between work pressure, job stressors and conflict resolution styles of teachers. The statistical population in this research consists of all the teachers working in Isfahan city, the sample size was estimated based on Cochran's formula of ۲۰۶ people, which was used by available sampling method. In this research, in addition to demographic information, three questionnaires were also used to collect information; the work pressure scale was used by Spector & Jex (۸۹۹۱), job stressors by Moreno-Jimenez et al. (۲۰۱۴), conflict resolution styles by Weeks (۱۹۹۴) and Ury & Fisher (۱۹۹۱). After collecting the questionnaires in the descriptive data section, mean, standard deviation and variance were used, and in the inferential statistics section, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression (step by step) were used. There is a significant relationship between work pressure and job stressors. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between work pressure and conflict resolution styles. According to the obtained results, it is suggested that government organizations and institutions hold training workshops in the field of recognizing conflict resolution styles and ways to deal with job stressors, and creating a healthy and safe work environment for teachers, and adaptive methods of dealing with stress and teaching its management.
