چکیده مقاله:
Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is used to treat non-rheumaticinflammation, gout, and migraine. Due to the mentioned reasons, the determination ofnaproxen is of special importance. In the present research work, Ni-Co-MOF/activated carbon(AC) nanocomposite has been used to modify the surface of the pencil graphite electrode todetermination of naproxen in biological and pharmaceutical samples. To ensure thecorrectness of the materials synthesis, the structure and size of the particles related to thementioned compounds were investigated by various identification techniques such as SEM,XRD, FT-IR, and EDX. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV)techniques were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of naproxen on the surfaceof the above-modified pencil graphite electrode. Based on the calibration plot obtained fromthe differential pulse voltammetry technique, the linear range of ۱.۹۹ to ۱۸۱.۱۸ μM and thedetection limit of ۰.۷۵ μM were obtained. Also, the sensor designed to the determination ofnaproxen in tablets containing naproxen as well as human blood plasma was used. The resultsof the designed sensor show suitable analytical characteristics such as low detection limit, wide linear range, stability, repeatability, reproducibility, and suitable performance for thedetermination of naproxen. Also, in order to check the accuracy of the method, the recoveryindex of naproxen in human blood plasma was ۹۵.۴۱%.
