Investigating the effective role of strategic management with a future research approach

Future research consists of a set of efforts that visualize potential futures and plan for them using the analysis of sources, patterns and factors of change or stability. Futurism reflects how the reality of "tomorrow" is born out of the changes (or non-changes) of "today". Future research topics include "possible", "probable" and "desirable" types for transformation from the present to the future. Future research is for the purpose of monitoring global changes, especially in the field of information technology, as well as identifying possible, probable, preferred and desirable futures. Future research is the science and art of designing the future and shaping political and military powers. , economic, social, cultural, etc. The concept of strategic foresight has two main aspects, understanding what is and predicting the future. Decision-making is the nature of planning and it is done by studying internal and external variables in order to choose the way to reach from the current situation to the desired situation. The elements of strategic management and strategic future research have been used everywhere and at all levels of governments and many organizations in related ways in the past years. Four new research directions are proposed in this field, which are: to address more fully the nature of strategic management practice, and to focus on future research knowledge learning in general as part of strategic management, and in particular to focus on how strategic knowledge and how ? its use and that it can be better integrated with strategic management. Fruit? More focused research can be scope? Improving the application of strategic management as well as increasing organizational capacity to face current and future challenges and improve performance in the long term. Perhaps the greatest art of future thinking and future research is preparing to face the future. The greatest achievement of the nascent science of futurism is that it is now well understood that the future evolution process is much more complex than one can predict.
