چکیده مقاله:

Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization, known as IMIDRO, is an active state-owned holding company in the mining sector in Iran. IMIDRO has ۸ main companies and ۵۵ operational companies in the fields of steel, aluminum, copper, cement, and mineral materials. Given the extensive and influential activities of this company, designing a sustainable model for organizational excellence can provide a path for continuous and sustainable improvement of IMIDRO's activities and initiatives. Therefore, this research focuses on designing a sustainable organizational excellence model in IMIDRO based on the literature and expert opinions. To this end, previous studies were screened, and then, in three stages of coding, the concepts and elements of the sustainable organizational excellence model were identified. Then, a questionnaire based on the designed model was distributed among ۲۰۰ organizational experts and specialists. Finally, the model approved by the experts consisted of three main dimensions of sustainability, including business and organizational aspects, human activities, and environmental activities, along with ۱۱ components and ۳۵ sub-components. Based on the results, practical suggestions were provided.
