The role of social support and its effect on job search for female students in vocational schools in Sari

The purpose of this study is to investigate the job search of girls vocational school graduates, because these people can create jobs after graduating from high school according to the skills they have learned, but this is for everyone because of the conditions that are the most important. It is not possible financially. In this research, we will examine the effect of social support on job search. According to the research title, the method used is descriptive survey. The sampling method in the present study is simple random that the chances of all members of the sample to be selected are the same. The statistical population of the present study includes students of girls vocational school in District ۲ of Sari city in ۱۴۰۰, which is a sample of ۲۲۰ students. Experienced in the field of social sciences, its confirmation and reliability were obtained by experimenting on the number of students. An acceptable number was obtained. The data were analyzed and evaluated using SPSS software. Cronbach s alpha was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire. The data extracted from the questionnaires were statistically analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The total reliability is ۰.۹۵۶ and because it is higher than ۰.۷, the reliability value is confirmed. The results showed that the dimensions of social support have a positive effect on job search and job creation of students. Employment is more for high school graduates. On the other hand, sports science graduates can provide the ground for more employment by considering their abilities and personality traits
