چکیده مقاله:
Chronic low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common and costly musculoskeletal disorders in societies that have been suggested for many therapies. Considering the high prevalence of low back pain, investigation of the efficiency of new therapeutic methods for this disorder is of great importance. The purpose of the present study is to The Effect of Neuromuscular Training with pelvic clock device on Static and Dynamic Balance in middle-aged women with Non-Specific Chronic Low back painThis study was a semi-experimental, and its design was two-groups with pretest- posttest. For this purpose, ۳۰ middle-aged women with non-specific chronic low back pain were selected by simple random sampling in ۲ equal groups of ۱۵ people. Stork Balance Test and Y test were used to evaluate static and dynamic Balance, respectively. The experimental group performed Neuromuscular Training with pelvic clock device instruments for eight weeks (۳ sessions of ۳۰ to ۴۵ minutes per week). The control group did not perform any exercises during this period. To analyze the data, ANOVA test was used with repeated measures at a significant level (P≤۰.۰۵).The findings of the present study showed that in the experimental group the dependent variables (static balance and dynamics) had a significant improvement (۰/۰۰۱) but in the control group there was no significant improvement (P≤۰.۰۵).Considering the effectiveness of Neuromuscular Training with pelvic clock device on Static and dynamic balance, such exercises are recommended for improvement and maintaining the Static and dynamic balance in non-specific chronic low back pain.
