SOME RESULTS ON MONO-CORETRACTABLE MODULES

An R-module M is called mono-coretractable if it contains a copy of each of its factor modules. It thisnote, we study and investigate this notion and we will obtain some results about this class of modules. Forexample, it is proved that if the ring R is a right hereditary and RR is a mono-coretractable module, thenevery free right R-module is mono-coretractable. Also, we show that if R is a right Rickart ring, then everynonsingular mono-coretractable R-module is projective.
