The article deals with the reconstruction of a five-story residential building in Moscow. A fivestory, four-story brick residential building was built in ۱۹۵۹. The base house does not represent any series of standard projects, it is very cramped. The plan of the house is transverse. Three apartments on each floor of the ward (۱ room, ۲ room, ۳ room), except for the first floor. There is a grocery store on the ground floor of the house. The house is located along Nagornaya Street, the stairs and entrances face the courtyard, and the entrances and shop windows face the street. Under the entire underground building, there is a depth of more than ۲.۵ meters, part of which is used for the passage of communications, and part - for a warehouse for a store. Above the fifth floor, there is a semi-passage warm technical attic. The roof is shed, low-pitched, with a slope into the yard and an organized external drain. The height of the floor is ۳ m. The external and internal load-bearing walls of the building are made of silicate brick. External walls ۵۱۰ mm thick; Door and window openings are made of reinforced concrete. The windows are wooden. The site occupied by the reconstructed house is in the Southwestern administrative district of Kotluk, on the territory of a residential building adjacent to Nagornaya Street, between Ramizova Street and Nagorny Boulevard. In the nearby buildings, there is a full range of cultural and household enterprises. The metro station "Nagornaya" is located a few steps from the site. There are green areas near the site, these are Nagorny Boulevard and the floodplain of the Kotlovka River. The plot area is ۰.۴۶ ha. On a significant part of the territory not occupied by the house, there areparking lanes and green spaces, consisting of low-value tree species. Two floors were added, two-level apartments were examined on the top floor, an analysis of the building territory was made, the wall thickness and building materials were changed, all loads were determined, natural lighting was calculated, sound insulation of the inter-floor floor was calculated, thermal and technical calculations flat roofs reinforced concrete base, roof attic, and the outer wall, considering inhomogeneities.
