Pullulan and its application in the pharmaceutical industry

Pullulan (a polymer polysaccharide consisting of units, maltotriose) noted that it is used as a food substance in most tasteless polymers as a commercial flavoring product. Pullulan is also a biomaterial agent and is used as a raw material in the production of medicine and food. The main composition of these substances is that three glucose units in maltotriose are linked by ۱-glycoside G-۱ bond, and this is in the situation where maltotriose units are linked to each other by the same G-۶α- glycoside bond. Pullulan is also used in the pharmaceutical industry as a bonding condenser and oxidizing agent.
