چکیده مقاله:
Risk assessment of any industrial project and providing timely solutions to minimize it is one of the current needs of human societies to achieve sustainable development. Because providing these solutions will improve economic, social and environmental conditions. Early closure of the mine causes problems such as economic, environmental and social, so the extent of these negative effects and its impact should be estimated and necessary measures should be taken to reduce it. After the closure of the mine, the mining area must be changed to a new use according to environmental, economic and social conditions. The main objectives of this study are to identify the factors affecting the premature closure of the BASHMAG HASHTROOD copper mine and the necessary measures to deal with these factors, determine the extent and severity of negative results due to the closure of the mine and provide solutions to reduce these negative effects. also Determining the most suitable post-mining land use option for this mine. According to the calculations performed using TOPSIS method, it was found that two factors (I): high estimate of reserves (in terms of tonnage) and (II): social pressures and constraints had the greatest impact on the early closure of the mine, respectively. also, according to the scores given to each factor and by applying the two-dimensional matrix method on it, it was concluded that the overall risk of mine closure is moderate and among the general factors, the social sector has the highest risk. Measures must be taken to reduce social risk. Also, to select the best post-mining land use in HASHTROOD region of East Azerbaijan, Prometheus method was used, which is one of the techniques presented in multi-criteria decision making. The results showed that afforestation is the best option used in this area among the seven post-mining land use options according to the desired criteria and the importance of each criterion according to the opinions of mining experts.
