A new model for ranking all efficient units in DEA

Basic models in Data Envelopment Analysis do not distinguish between efficient units. Due to the existence of multiple efficient units in many practical issues, ranking of efficient units is one of the interesting topics in data envelopment analysis. In this paper, a model is presented that is able to rank all extreme and non-extreme efficient units. In this model, the optimal weights of the evaluated unit are controlled in such a way that a certain percentage of the efficiency of other units is maintained. The percentage indicated is determined by the Decision Maker. But the important point is that the desired percentage should not lead to infeasibility of the model. In this paper, a value is obtained for the percentage of performance mentioned, for which the model will be feasible. Then a model is presented that gives us a feasible and suitable percentage. At the end, the application of the presented model is shown in two examples.
