چکیده مقاله:

In this study, the effect of using protected sources of oleic acid on milk production and composition and some metabolic parameters and reproductive performance of Holstein cows at early lactation was investigated. This experiment was performed early in the lactation period using ۸۰ high-yielding dairy cows in a completely randomized experimental design. Experimental treatments included ۱- control group without fat supplement, ۲- group receiving palmitic acid source ۳- group receiving stearic acid source and ۴- group receiving oleic acid source and ۲۰ cows were placed in each group.. The results of apparent nutrient digestibility showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental treatments in DM, OM, CF, NDF and ADF (p <۰.۰۵). The treatment containing oleic acid had the highest amount of apparent nutrient digestibility. The results of milk production and composition showed that there was a significant difference in the production of fat, protein, lactose, fat to protein ratio, SC, SNF, urea nitrogen and milk body cells (p<۰.۰۵). The results of milk fatty acids showed that in the mean production of milk fat, decanoic acid, andsilic acid, myristic acid, meristoleic acid, pentadcanoleic acid, palmitic acid, palmetoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, trans-CLA_۱۱ (C): trans۱۱, Cis ۹, linoleic acid and eicosamanoic acid (C۲۰: ۱ DELTA_۸), there was a significant difference between experimental treatments (p <۰.۰۵). The results of GTT test showed that in the mean before injection, ۵, ۱۰, ۲۰, ۸۰, ۱۰۰ and ۱۲۰ minutes after injection and also at the subsurface level in ۶۰ and ۱۲۰ minutes, the removal rate and the time required to reach the concentration, there was a significant difference between the experimental treatments (p <۰.۰۵). The results of blood parameters showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental treatments inthe mean of glucose, cholesterol, beta-hydroxybutyrate, NEFA, HDL, amloid serum and aspartate aminotransferase (p <۰.۰۵. In general, palmitic acid supplementation is recommended in some of the measured parameters due to the improvement of the indicators.
