Exosomes as magic vesicles and their communication with breast cancer and the usage of them in treatment as drug carrier

Exosomes are globular particles that are released from cells. They are between ۳۰-۱۴۰nm. Exosomes contain substances that can play a role in intercellular communication. Nowadays, the prevalence of cancer is increasing for various reasons furthermore Breast cancer(BC) is one of the most common cancers. In this review research, we have tried to assay the relationship between exosomes and breast cancer, also features of exosomes for treatment and drug carrier. It is hoped that in the future we will be able to use exosomes to treat diseases such as cancer.
