چکیده مقاله:
Earthquake hazard analysis methods based on earthquakes historical statistical information occurred in the region and by using probabilistic functions is calculated. Poisson probability distribution and Exponential functions use in the analysis process generally, which in some cases calculations are with some errors . Since the Poisson distribution function is a subset of the Markov chain of possibilities, This articletries to study the methods of Markov chain of possibilities, and suggests a new method to estimateearthquake risk analysis in order to Appropriate estimate of the probability of needed seismic parameters bedone, and extant errors in common methods be eliminated.
