چکیده مقاله:
The present study, which is an applied (descriptive) research, has been designed and conducted by survey method with the aim of investigating the ethical components of entrepreneurship. The statistical population includes all managers and employees of Farhan Gian Consumption Cooperative in Tehran, from which a sample of ۱۸۰ people (۸۰ managers and ۱۰۰ employees) were selected by simple random sampling. Library resources and internal and external articles were used to collect research literature and a ۳۱-item Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data to measure the ethical components of entrepreneurship. In validation by internal consistency method, Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the whole questionnaire of entrepreneurial ethical components is equal to ۰.۹۴ and for each component; Risk-taking was ۰.۹۳, creativity ۰.۷۹, ambiguity tolerance ۰.۶۶, internal control ۰.۸۵, foresight ۰.۹۲, and the need for independence was ۰.۸۳. In statistical analysis, frequency indices, central tendency indices, dispersion indices and bar and pie charts, and independent means comparison test were used. The results indicate that: ۱) the risk component in managers is significantly higher than employees and both groups are above average (p >۰.۰۱) ۲) The component of creativity and innovation in managers is significantly higher than employees Both groups were above average (p >۰.۰۱). ۳) There was no significant difference between the component of tolerance of ambiguity in managers and employees and both groups were above average (p >۰.۰۵). ۴) The component of internal control in managers was significantly less than employees (p >۰.۰۵), while the internal control of managers was higher than average but was moderate in employees. ۵) There was no significant difference between the components of foresight in managers and employees (p <۰.۰۵), while the foresight of both groups was moderate. ۶) There is no significant difference between the components of the need for independence in managers and employees (p <۰.۰۵). This is while the need for independence of managers was higher than average but was moderate in employees
