چکیده مقاله:
This research was done to investigate the effect of implicit interference on the performance of some physical and psychological readiness factors of young male soccer players. The statistical population of this study included all school soccer players in Tabriz in 2017. The subjects of this study were 48 people who participated in this study withknowledge of the research purpose. The experimental groups were randomly assigned to speed test of 30, 15, and 60 m, agility test of Illinois test, T-test and 4-in-9 tests, and the strength test of 0.30 and 0.50, and 1 maximum repeat and a chest press. In this way, in each attempt, a combination of three factors was performed randomly. In twogroups of randomized templates, exercises were variable which means that variable exercises were used. Also, the arrangement of exercises varies from person to person, and between each factor in all groups, 5 minutes of rest, and between each item of physical fitness 2 minutes of rest and between agility and strength 3 minutes of rest were considered. The control group did not receive any special training during this time. Also, they completed hard work and fluent performance in pre-test and post-test from among psychological constructs. In this study, T-test was used for inter-group differences and covariance analysis test was used to examine the intra- group differences. Overall, the results showed that randomized exercises improved speed, strength, agility, fluent performance and hard work compared to other exercises and interventions. Coaches are encouraged to use randomized exercises in their programs to enhance physical and psychological functioning of individuals.
