بررسی رابطه بین وضعیت مزرعه تولید بذر گندم از نظر وجود بوته های سایر ارقام و علفهای هرز و میزان بذور آنها در نمونه آزمایشگاهی گندم با توجه به استاندارد ‭ISTA‬

This study was carried out to study the probable relationships ofcontrolled wheat seed production field samples in comparison with the standard seed samples (120g) taken from those fields then analyzed in the lab for weed seeds contamination and seed mixture of other genotypes.Two wheat fields of nucleus and non-standard with the same cultivar were selected and studied by preparing 10 randomly taken field samples each 25 square meters through correlation and regression statistical analysis. According to the results there was a strong significant relationship in nucleus (P<0.01) and strong positive correlation in non-standard field (P<0.05) between field and lab for genotypes seed mixture samples and significant positive correlation for weed seeds (P<0.01).
