خزانه دو رگ گیری و گزینش توده های نسل ‭F1 ‬گندم دوروم داخلی

In order to increase the genetic variability in durum wheat germplasm and creation of transgrasive segregant, crossing block nursery was established using national and international breeding lines and varieties. In the durum crossing block nursery 96 entries were used as male parent and crossed with the local variety Zardak as the female parent. Out of 100 entries 36 crosses were made and cross seeds were obtained. In addition to the crossing block nursery, F1 nursery with 80 populations was also evaluated. From this nursery 63 F1 s were selected for further evaluation in coming season.
