بررسی و انتخاب در نسل های در حال تفرق گندم نان ‭(F2-Fn) ‬و آزمایش مقایسه عملکرد مقدماتی

In order to obtain plants and lines that have high yielding potential and tolerance to plant diseases, this experiment with 407 populations, generations and lines (that were including 84, 77, 25, 30,98 and 93 populations, plants and lines of f2, f3, f4, f5, f6 and PWSN respectively) was conducted in 2005-2006 at Neishabour station. The Modified Bulk method was used as a selection method for investigation and evaluation of materials and Preliminary Wheat Screening Nursery (PWSN) for comparison pure lines with checks (M-79-7 and Pishtaz). After evaluation and assessment, 53 populations from F2, 53 populations from F3, 17 generations from F4, 102 plants from F5, 67 lines from f6 and 21 lines from PWSN were selected (Total 313 populations, generations, plants and lines), that these materials would be more evaluated in cropping season 2006-2007.
