بررسی اندازه گیری برخی الکترولیتهای سرم خون گاومیشهای استان خوزستان

In order to determine the normal values of serum sodium, potasium, Calcium, organic phosphorus and magnesium in the buffaloes of khuzestan province, 2508 samples were collected from animals of either sex of different ages. The samples were examined after collection and the result were as under: 1) Sodium 140.678 9.416 mEq/lit. 2) potasium 5.343 1.239 mEq/lit. 3) Calcium 8.818 2.613 mg/dl. 4) Organic phosphorus 8.288 2.264 5) Magnesium 2.256 0/533 mEq/lit. The samplet were divided to four groupes, 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 month, and more of 24 months. Statistical methods for analysis of the results showed that the sodium and , potasium in young buffaloes significantly more than adults. And levels of organic phosphorus and magnesium in adult buffaloes more than young buffaloes. Calsium levels hadnot significantly between four groups. Statistical analysis acepted levels of potasium and magnesium in 0-6 months in another groups not significatly between male and female.
