بررسی مقدماتی فراوانی آلودگی کربپنوسپوریدیایی در بره ها (‮‭0-3‬ ماهه) و گوساله ها (‮‭0-6‬ ماهه) در اسدآباد

Nowaday stool examination is the most widely used procedure in diagnosing the infection and oocysts can be demonestrated from smear of stool samples stained with Various teehniques. The present stadY was carried out durting one year (1374) and individual faecal specimens were taken from rectum of 400 calves with 0-6 Months age and. 300 lambs with 0-3 Months age from a asympt ffiptomatic cases then thesamples were examined after staining by using Modified rihel -neelsen staining technique. Results showed that 13 sample of lambs ( 4.33% ) and S3 samples of calves (13.2S%) weve posetive. The study has braught to light the existance of animal cryptosporidi is in the AsAd Abad region for the first time.‬
