According to in specion arvive 20 ton milk into the Dezful pasteurized milk Factory every daY that is 5 ton Buffalo milk and 15 ton CoW milk. Since thiS Area have varietry cow milk and Buffalo milk we can moot research about milk and milk products as this research. SUmmury research method: Two area take into consideration in Dezful animal husbandry research station and Gharmish abad that 49 litters milke supply of each area and divided different realtions. Cow:C Buffalo:B (C6S%-B35%), (C50%-B50%), (C35%-B65%), (C25%-B75%), (C1OO-BO)(C75%-B25%) (B100%-CO).Therefor like a group take in to considation divided relations.
