کشت و اهلی کردن گیاه دارویی جوش ‭(Artemisia persica) ‬و مقایسه مواد موثره آن با شرایط طبیعی

Artemisia persica Boiss is traditionally used for antipyretic,antimalarial,antihemorrhagic,antihepatit,anticomplementary,antiulcerogenin and antispasmodic from encient times. This investigation was carried out for knowing some ecological characteristics of Artemisia persica and using them in abundant cultivation for using in medicinal industries. This research started from 1383 and lasted two years. Climatic , companion plants , phenology , distribution map were provided for Artemisia persica. Using randomized complete block design with 4 replication and carried out in 2 location(Norabad & Brojerd).Combined analysis of data for Artemisia persica indicated that effects of year , location and way were significant different and interaction of (Year * Location) and (Location * Way * Year) were significant different at 5% probability level.The best result was in norabad. Analysis and identification of chemical compositions of the Essential oil were performed by GC and GC/MS . In all 31 compounds were identified; -pinene , 1,8-cineole , trans-pinocarveol , pinocarvone , artedouglasia oxide C , artedouglasia oxide D, artedouglasia oxide B , laciniata furanone E were the main components of the oil respectively.Some of compounds were significant different at 5% probability level.
