چکیده طرح پژوهشی:

Sunflower plant as spring crop in irrigated and rainfed conditions in Iran for many years ago. Studies showed that sunflower can plant in fall in rotation with cereals in warm dryland areasas. In other hand there is restriction in number of crops grown in drylands of Iran so, we need to enter new crops in rotation with cereals in drylands to have stable wheat production. In present study seven sunflower varieties/hybrids along with Armaviresky as check were evaluated in RCBC with three replications in Drodfaraman and Sarpol-e-Zahab on farmer fields. Morphological and agronomic triats were recorded during growth period then seed weight, seed yield and oil content were calculated after harvesting. The results of analysis of variance in sarpol-e-zahab showed that difference between varieties/hybrids were significant for all traits except 1000 seed weight, plant height and stem diameter. Means comparison in this area showed that Lakumka variety with 745.8 Kg/ha had the highest seed yield. In Drodfaraman, analysis of variance showed that difference between varieties/hybrids were significant for No. of days to maturity, stem and head diameter and seed yield. Means comparison in this area showed that Lakumka variety with 874 Kg/ha had the highest and Alstar hybrid with 418.1 Kg/ha had the lowest seed yield.Lakumka had the highest oil content in Drodfaraman and in term of average of two location it show the highest oil content (42.32 per cent) after Shf-81-90 and Azargol hybrids. In general, Lakumka variety was superior variety as compare to other genotypes even Azargol and Alstar hybrids and was the best genotype for these two locations.
