بررسی و انتخاب در نسلهای در حال تفکیک کلزا برای شاخصهای موثر در عملکرد در شرایط دیم

Considering the limitation in importing new rapeseed genotypes and unavailable world germplasm recently. It seems that the best way to solve this problem is create genetic variation through making crosses between rapeseed varieties and lines. Present investigation carried out to develop genetic variation and crate varieties suitable for rainfed condition. Each of 45 F2 populations of rapeseed planted in fourr rows with three m length and 30 cm row spacing in fall planting in Sararood Agricultural Researh Station. Single plant selection carried out in populations. Selection was made on the basis of earliness, cold resistance, well growth and plant height. In each population about five to 10 plants selected. The results showed that selection within F2 populations led to plant genotypes which were differ from parental varieties. Rapeseed breeding programe run for warm drylands so, created F3 populations send to Gachsaran Dryland Agricultural Research Station to contiue breeding programe.
