بررسی بررسی و انتخاب در توده ها و نسل های در حال تفکیک گندم دوروم برای شاخص های موثردرعملکرد تحت شرایط دیم

Making genetic varation through crossing between different lines and varieties and selecting among segregating populations is a common method for impromvent of self-polinated plants and breeders use this variation to obtain new and better durum wheat cultivars. This research was conducted in Dryland Agriculture Research Institute (DARI), Maragheh in 2009-10 to evaluate 200 F3, F4 and F5 durum wheat segregating populations under cold rainfed condition. Furthermore, 175 segregating populations consisting of F2, F3 and F6 were studied in Sararood under rainfed condition. In the studies of segregating populations, modified bulk method was used for selecting favourit materilas. However, in F5 of Maragheh and F6 of Sararood, head to row method was used and the seed of selected line were bulked up for further studies. Depending on important agronomic charactristics like cold tolerance, early maturity, plant height, and resistance to plant disease like rusts and bunts 52 segregating population and lines were selected in Maragheh. In Sararood 82 segregating populations and lines were selected out of 175. The selected materials will be evaluated for complementary studies during next year.
