In this study ,167 F2 population which had been received from karaj and 190 F3,F4,F5,F6,F7 and F8 were evaluated under space planting and Mist ilTigation conditions. During growing stages, each pJant of population and generations were evaluated and the plants of each generation with best agronomic characters, steress tolerant and diseases resistant were selected. The selected plants on the basis of Modified bulk pedigree method were separately harvested and the seed selection for each plant wen: also used. At finally the 92 populations from F2, 20 accessions from F3, 20 single plants from F4, 20 single plants from F5, 24 single plants from F6 and 21 single plant from F7 were selected for evaluating, in F3, F4, F5, F6, F7 and F8 offuture year respectively. Although, 25 number of wheat pure line obtained from F6 to F8 with desirable agronomic characters and dise~e resistance' were selected to evaluating jn preliminary yield trial of Ardabil Agricultural research station. For obtaining the high yield potential with high stress tolerance and desirable agro~omic characters and Identifying the desirable genes of bread wheat varieties this experiment which was entitled study on bread wheat yield trial of station with 60 pure li~es obtained from segregating generations of bread wheat of Agricultural and Natural Resources Research Station of Ard~biJ during 2004-2005 growing ye~ were evaluated in 86 experimental plot during 2005- 2006 growing season. Mentioned lines 'were evaluated,on un- replicated yield trial with two checks (Shahriare and Gaspard), so 26 bread. " wheat Lines with desirable agronomic characters, high yield potential, diseases and a biotic stress tolerance for more evaluating in advance yield trials of future year were selected.
