چکیده طرح پژوهشی:
The Rosa damascena Mill. From Rosaceae family is cultivated in different parts of Iran. In this study adaptability of 38 Rosa damascena Mill. accesions was evaluated based on flower yield and components, characteristies. The trial was carried out in the fields of Fadak Botanical Garden in Dezful (affiliated to Research Institute of Forest and Rengelands) Iran. The experiment was conducted using randomized complete blocks design (RCBD) with 3 replicates during 2003-2008. Genotypes showed significant differences for flower number per plant, flower yield per plant, petal number, flower fresh weigh, flower dry matter percentage, plant height, canopy etc. Comparison of the means by Duncan method (P<0.01) classified the accesions in different groups. The overall results within three years of the experiment in view point of adaptaibility showed considerable differences to ecological conditions. The main of cultivars for flower yield were included of Khorasan1, Kordestan1, Kermanshah1, Ghazwin1, Khouzestan1, Zanjan1m Ilam1 and Isfahan8. According to principal components analysis, components 1 to 3 had the most variance values. Cluster analysis resulted in genotypic classification towards 5 groups. The evaluation from obtained results showed various in traits between genotypes exsiting in country. The measure flower yield and flower number in the study show have each other relative significant. The could to utilize for important traits appoinment to evaluation criterions and selection of genotypes. Thus, in selection for superior cultivates or as parents in breeding programs.
