بررسی جداسازی، شناسایی و تعیین هویت ویروس نیوکاسل در مرغداریهای استان خوزستان

Situation and isolation and virus identification of Newcastele disease is suroveyed in poultry farms in Khuzestan province. today, 60 blood samples and tissue samples were taken from 3 flocks in Dezful. H1 test and virological study were done.In sample No. one, the mean of H1 resukt was 1.5 and Newcastle virus was isolated. In sample No.two, no isolated virus and the mean of H1 result was 1.6 From sample No. 3, also Newcastle virus was isolated and the mean of H1 result was 3.1 It is mentioned that the third flock was older than another flocks.
