بررسی و انتخاب در توده ها در حال تفکیک گندم نان و مقایسه عملکرد مقدماتی لاینهای خالص

This investigation was conducted in Mashhad Agricultural Research Center in 2008-09 cropping season. 24 F3, 20 F4, 11 F5 and 32 F6 populations with MASHHAD origin were selected from F2, F3, F4 and F5 population respectively. About 27 lines from F6 population were selected. These materials will study in PWSN (2009-10) in ARDABILL station.. The modified bulk method was used for plant selection of the F2 ,F3, F4 and the pedigree method was used for F5. Spikes from selected plant were harvested and then these spikes were planted as F6 in different rows in 2009-10 cropping season. F6 populations were evaluated for resistance to diseases and agronomic trials and 29 suitable genotypes were selected for preliminary yield trials. Mist irrigation system were used for providing environmental conditions for yellow rust epidemic. Several rows of susceptible variety such as Morroco were planted as spreader, in different parts of the field. From PWSN 18 lines were selected for PRWYT-C and 11 lines for PRWYT-M (2009-10). The grain yield of all lines was between 4.200 and 9.192 with average 5.549 ton/ha but the grain yield of selected lines was between 7.980 and 9.192 with average 8.506 ton/ha. key words: selection, wheat, segregation populations, yield trial.
